Classes
- Cancellation for packages/individual classes received more than 12 hours before your booked class starts is allowed with no penalties. This allows waitlist students to be contacted and invited to the class. Meaning that you can transfer to a later date or receive your credit back or have a refund.
- Late Cancellation, within 3 hours of the start of the booked class, or a ‘No Show’ (failure to turn up for a class at all) will incur the following: Packages or individual classes: Will result in the deduction of the class from your package. Individual Class: You will not be entitled to a refund or to transfer your booking to another session and you will be charged a no-show fee of £2.50.
- Please remember that you must go to the online booking system and remove yourself from the class list if you cannot attend a class, or if you are having troubles email me to let me know.
- If the classes cannot go ahead for whatever reason, you will have the option to either transfer your classes to alternatives or receive a full refund.
- If you have booked a class with another teacher other than Becky or Wayne, please speak to that individual teacher and see their T&C’s.
- If you are no longer able to attend and within the three hours notice so would not be entitled to a refund or transfer but you would like someone else to go in your place, you can let them go in your space but please just let Becky know before their arrival.
Workshops and Events
- Cancellation for Events and Workshops received more than 7 days before your event starts is allowed with no penalties, you are entitled to a full refund or to transfer to a later date. This allows waitlist students to be contacted and invited to the event/workshop.
- If you wish to cancel within 7 days of the start date, there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer your booking to another applicant.
- We reserve the right to cancel an event or workshop in the event of exceptional circumstances which means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund, or you can transfer to another date if applicable. (e.g SUP yoga is weather dependent, and we may need to move the class to ensure you have the best experience possible).
Retreats
- If you wish to cancel your space on a Retreat, your deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you do not pay the remaining sums when requested, Wellness Warriors Yoga Studios reserves the right to treat the agreement as cancelled by the participant. A payment plan may be possible by separate arrangement, please do contact Becky to discuss further. (becky@wellnesswarriorsyogastudio.co.uk).
- Cancellations made more than 16 weeks before the retreat will receive full refund other than obtained deposit.
- Cancellation less than 16 weeks before the retreat will receive 30% refund.
- Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the retreat will receive 0% refund.
- Failure to complete or attend retreat will result in the full fee becoming due.
- Booking within 16 weeks of the retreats start date must be accompanied with payment in full, unless discussed and payment plan has been organised.
Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel a retreat in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the retreat as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund.
Trainings or Courses
- If you wish to cancel your space on our Teacher Trainings, your deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you do not pay the remaining sums when requested, Wellness Warriors Yoga Studios reserves the right to treat the agreement as cancelled by the participant. - Cancellation less than 16 weeks before the retreat will receive 30% refund and have the ability to transfer onto a future training.
- Cancellation less than 10 weeks before the retreat will receive 0% refund and not able to transfer booking.
- Failure to complete or attend training will result in the full fee becoming due.
- Booking within 16 weeks of the retreats start date must be accompanied with payment in full, unless discussed and payment plan has been organised.
- In the event that a transfer is agreed between both parties it is understood that no further refunds or transfers will be permitted.
Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel a Teacher Training in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the training as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund.
Private groups/One to Ones
- If you cancel any private group booking, your 50% deposit will be non-refundable. The remaining funds will be expected upon arrival, unless stated differently through correspondence.
- We reserve the right to cancel a private group in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the event as advertised, in this case you can either transfer the booking to a later date or receive a full refund. (e.g SUP yoga is weather dependant, and we may need to move the times to ensure you have the best experience possible).
Online Classes and Wellness Warriors
- Cancellation of individual online class/event received more than 12 hours before your booked class/event starts is entitled to a full refund or transfer to later date if applicable.
- Late Cancellation, within 12 hours of the start of the booked online class/event, or a ‘No Show’ (failure to turn up for a online class/event at all) will not be entitled to a refund or to transfer.
- When canceling an online membership, log into your account a few days before the funds are meant to be taken and if you have any problems that gives me chance to cancel the membership my end.
- If the funds for the membership have already been taken out of your account and you wish to cancel, you are not entitled to a refund if no effort has been made to cancel before payment has been taken out.
Retail Products
- Our clothing line is through a separate organisation called Teemill and if you need to return this item it will need to be dealt with directly to them.
- When you make an order with Teemill a link to the online returns form can be found in your confirmation email/receipt and your dispatch email but if you need any help, or have any questions about a return, please use the Returns button at the bottom of the page under Terms on wellness-warriors-yoga-studio.teemill.com to get in touch with there support team.
- Teemill say “you may cancel your order or return your products at any time, up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. But, unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns of custom products, sample orders, or any products that have been washed or worn.
- If you have brought an item from within the Wellness Warriors store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we offer a flexible refund policy. Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, proof of purchase is required. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, earring and undergarment items are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for Gift Vouchers
Privacy and Data Policy

What information will Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio collect about me?
Mailing List Information
When you sign up to participate in or receive a service from Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio such as newsletters, details of offers etc., we may ask for personal information about you. This can consist of information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone, or mobile number. You can choose to opt out of the mailing list at any point.
The newsletter is distributed via Mailchimp, their privacy policy can be viewed here.
The mail list is collected by Mailchimp.
How will Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio use the information attained?
I do not disclose any personal information obtained about you from this website and third-party websites I use (e.g. Momence and Mailchimp) to third parties. I may also use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of developments associated with my business. You will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from any mailing list or similar device. If at any time in the future I should wish to disclose information collected on this website to any third party, it would only be with your knowledge and consent.
Wellness Warriors Yoga studio will use your information for the following purposes:
- For “service administration purposes”, i.e. to respond to the request or service that you have requested.
- To contact you about a submission you have made to the website.
- To process payments relating to our services.
- To keep your medical details on file for reference.
- To assist you with further information in relation to any areas you have expressed an interest in.
- where you have opted to receive further correspondence.
- To inform you of any change to our services
- Class links and booking information.
- Tailor classes to suit your needs.
- To keep you updated with any upcoming events/ Retreats that we have coming up via an opt out newsletter.
Safety Information
When you participate in one of Wellness Warriors Yoga classes, workshops, trainings, Event’s and Retreats we are required to request medical information about you to ensure that you are able to participate in our classes and can tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. Clients are advised not to undertake any strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have any concerns over their physical condition.
We will request to obtain details of a next of kin contact for use in the event of an emergency, temperatures, any injuries, or conditions and for retreats and Events any allergies.
Your information is stored safely and securely and will not be passed to any 3rd party service provider (other than food companies that we are using for the event/retreat).
Payment Information
When booking online for any class/Event/Workshop/Retreat you will be asked for personal information like your name, contact information and bank details. Data in relation to card payments and booking online is processed by the company Momence (Momence- Privacy Police Here) and Stripe (Stripe – Privacy Police Here).
Should you choose to join a membership contract with Wellness Warriors Yoga studio we will require you to provide your financial information such as bank details and or card details and these are stored on the Momence website to ensure payment comes out each month. (Momence – Privacy police Here)
Online Classes
I use Zoom to provide online classes as part of the online membership. You can find Zoom’s full privacy policy here.
For you to be able to join the zoom class I will need to obtain your email address so that I can send you the zoom link for the class. You will also be asked for other information such as your name, injuries and contact number.
Cookies
Like most other websites, when you visit the Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio, we may use small files which are stored on your hard drive by your browser (“cookies”) to monitor your use of our website. Once you have closed your browser, we do not use the information these cookies collect. There is a little cookie pop up window that shows up on the website, if you are fully entitled to deny any cookies but please note that this might affect the aesthetic of the website.
Pictures During Class
Please note that during classes/ events or retreats pictures may be requested to be taken. You can of course completely choose not to be in these pictures at any time and there will always be a warning before pictures/ videos are taken.
On the health form, you have an option there to agree to pictures and video consent. I will always verbally ask permission also before taking any sort of pictures/videos.
The pictures/ videos attended will be used for promotional services such as website, social media, and mailing list.
