In this six-week course, Becky will help you build strength for birth and beyond, focusing on relieving any aches or tension that you might be experiencing, and allowing you to feel confident in your beautiful ever-changing body. This course has been specifically made to support you throughout the different stages of pregnancy and is suitable for complete beginners. Offering you not only an opportunity to build strength, and keep your range of motion, but also give you the time to connect with your baby. During pregnancy, yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. To end our yoga practice, we will always arrive in relaxation to surrender to the experience of motherhood and make time for a vital nourishing rest. I recommend bringing with you multiple blankets and pillows. There is nothing more soul-nourishing than a little nap, so don’t worry if you drift off!
