Read a little bit more about the Wellness Warriors Queen – Becky Hickman.
As Becky prepares to leave her studio at Bombers and move down the road into a part of the old Pickles shop, here she shares her intentions, her gratitude and her love of yoga.
Becky takes svadhyaya (Self – Study) seriously, knowing the importance of growth and exploring wellness from different angles and bringing that to her classes for you to explore too. Becky has diviserved her business to ensure her studio can support everyone on their emotional, physical, mental or spiritual journey and therefore has completed extra training in Yin Yoga, Pre- Natal Yoga, Sup Yoga, Anatomy applied to Yoga, Handstands, Arm balances and Backbends and most recently Kids Yoga.
What Becky dreams of is for you to be able to walk into a place where you forget even if just for an hour, your worries and do something actively good for you. To walk into a place where people know your name and it feels like your home from home, like a little holiday down the road. So that when you step out, you feel a bit more like you, a bit less stressed and better equipped to handle the day ahead of you.
Becky says ‘I feel so lucky to wake up every day and create something I’m passionate about, I get to see all your lovely faces and I finally feel I’ve found my home’.
She is excited to welcome you to this new chapter, this new space and make you feel the best version of you.
