Our yoga classes are there to challenge you as much or as little as you like, with no expectations or judgement. We allow you space to find what feels good for you. Your body and mind will quickly feel the benefits of creating time each week to practice yoga, and will thank you for it. You will notice speedier recoveries, improved quality of sleep and better concentration.
