Beginners Yoga
£12.50 Teacher: BeckyThis class is designed for complete beginners, or for those who enjoy a slow mindful approach. In this class we spend more time breaking down the postures and move slower with more intention, helping to build strength and improve our flexibility. You are not expected to show up being able to touch your toes, or do any crazy postures. We show up as we are, and you will be supported wherever that is.
