This class we have joined forces with Momma Meets to bring you something extra special!

This is a class for those parents who are ready to get out the house and do something for themselves and little one can come along too! I know not everyone is lucky enough to get child care, so I wanted to create a space where you can come and move your body, support it postnatally and baby can come and join in the fun too.

We will be focusing on pelvic floor health, strengthening our core and releasing tension from our shoulders and back to counteract carrying little one around.

This is a honest space where you can come as you are, balancing bringing a new one into this world is a big change and this course will create a space where we can chat openly. There is no judgement here, babies will most likely cry and you might stop and feed mid session, all of this is part of this raw, reality class.

Complimented afterwards with a cake and hot drink of your choice from Calm Cup so you can take time to chat and connect to your new momma friends.

Sessions last 45mins and cake and Drink afterwards as long as you would like.

Pre Natal

In this six-week course, Becky will help you build strength for birth and beyond, focusing on relieving any aches or tension that you might be experiencing, and allowing you to feel confident in your beautiful ever-changing body. This course has been specifically made to support you throughout the different stages of pregnancy and is suitable for complete beginners. Offering you not only an opportunity to build strength, and keep your range of motion, but also give you the time to connect with your baby. During pregnancy, yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. To end our yoga practice, we will always arrive in relaxation to surrender to the experience of motherhood and make time for a vital nourishing rest. I recommend bringing with you multiple blankets and pillows. There is nothing more soul-nourishing than a little nap, so don’t worry if you drift off!
